Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., mouthguards, compression shorts worn without undergarments)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Perishable goods (if applicable, e.g., food or nutritional supplements)
  • Custom-printed or personalized items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial Refunds

 

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Opened media items (e.g., a software or video game package).

Refunds Process

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If Approved

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.


 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@btsports.biz and then send your item to: 808 Alabama St. Ext., Broxton, GA 31519


 

Shipping Returns

Shipping Costs

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

 

Tracking & Insurance

 

For more expensive items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the original purchaser (the gift giver).
